Registration for 2017-18

Dear BIS Community Members,

We are now at the time of year when our planning for the next academic year starts accelerating. In order to plan effectively, we need to have realistic projected numbers for our classes. If you are aware already that you will be leaving, either later this academic year or in June/July, please inform the office (admissions@baliis.net) as soon as possible.  Please note – you can change your mind and stay, this is non-binding information for planning purposes.

The Principals and I use this information to assign teachers to classes, classrooms, specialists and to order the correct number of materials to support learning.  We also use this to inform our admissions process.  We now have a number of full classes, so we need to factor this into our admissions process.

As  you know, the Board has decided that there will be no increase in fees next year.  Therefore, all fee information for 2017-18 is already available on our website and with Ibu Indirah at reception if you would like a paper copy.

Please note, in March the school will issue all parents who have not indicated that they will be leaving at the end of the school year with an invoice for next year’s registration fee (deposit).  This fee will be due May 1st.  Any families not paying the registration fee by the due date should be aware their their child(ren)’s place for the next academic year may not be held.

It is, of course, a delicate balance.  Therefore, I truly appreciate all the information which you can provide that helps us plan appropriately.
