BSSA Athletics Results
On Monday BIS hosted the BSSA Athletics competition on our own grounds for the first time. A big thank you to Pak Nyoman who came in on Sunday to mark to lines and set up equipment so that we were ready to go Monday morning.
We had a number of individual BSSA champions on the day:
- Sienna Sutherland – 50m, high jump
- Mikayla Cunningham – javelin
- Skye Sutherland – 50m, high jump, long jump, triple jump, javelin
- Charlie Cunningham – 400m, high jump
- Finn Walsh – 400m
- Gaspard Lenzlinger – long jump, high jump
- Nina Pecquery – high jump
- Kristina Park – discus
- Emma Stevenson – shot put
- Elang Putra Dewa – long jump
- Natasha Klee – high jump, javelin
- Jadon Scures – high jump, triple jump
- Laura Delgado Rusli – high jump
- Kaspar Parsell – javelin
We also had new BSSA records set by:

- Skye Sutherland – high jump, triple jump
- Kristina Park – discus
- Laura Delgado Rusli – high jump

Our 9/10 yr girls won their relay
In a great show of our depth of talent we also had a large number of seconds and thirds.
In the team competition BIS finished second to Canggu in the juniors and third overall behind Dyatmika and Canggu. A great effort by all our athletes and a wonderful day to finish the BSSA year.
