BIS SECURITY – ID’s

Thank you to all the parents who took the time to support security at BIS by attending yesterday’s security presentation. It was very reassuring to see more than 50 parents able to be present and willing to spread the word of the entire BIS communities role in ensuring the safety and security of our school.

One of the issues that was addressed was the need to tighten up on entry procedures – essentially, consistently enforcing our existing ID procedures. Please support our security by ensuring you are displaying your ID at times when entering, and moving about, the BIS campus. Satpams have been asked to stop anyone who does not have their ID. We will assist you when stopped to ensure your childrens safety, but it will be greatly appreciated if we do not need to do this.

Please also present bags for inspection.

If you, or your staff charged with the care of your children, do not have in ID yet please see Ibu Indira at reception to have one made.

If you have guests you would like to bring to BIS please inform us prior (either email admin@baliis.net or hsutherland@baliis.net) to have them added to the approved visitors list.
