Career Day Coming Up!
BIS is organizing a Career Day for Grades 9-12 students. Our aim is to provide a platform whereby students can begin discovering their potential career paths. This will assist them in making better informed course choices and will help them to identify possible college/university majors. The program will provide an opportunity for community/parent volunteers to meet the students and share their various career experiences and paths. We are very excited with this year’s presenters: a pilot, artist, chef, writer, various business owners, teacher, psychologist, conservation biologist and a liaison officer for the Australian federal police. We will end the morning with an assembly and guest speaker who will be talking about combining passions, and talents with what the world needs. We would like to thank all of the presenters in advance for taking the time to talk our students.
