Admissions Manager needed

We are now looking for a suitable candidate to help us continue to grow into the future via the following role:

Admissions Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Admissions Manager is responsible for ensuring we maximize the experience for a candidate family from first contact with the school through to a new student’s first weeks.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Establishing all processes related to the admissions customer journey and facilitating their continued improvement based on feedback and results.
• Being the primary relationship manager for new candidate families.
• Acting as a school ambassador to key groups including government, business, community and media.

Pre- requisites:

• Previous experience in a senior sales, marketing or customer service role.
• Excellent English communication skills- both written and verbal.
• Highly personable and well presented.
• Strong community network both social and corporate. Comfortable in actively working to build new relationships on behalf of BIS.

Highly Regarded

• A sound understanding of the IB program and the benefits of the curriculum in relation to other major offerings in Bali.
• An understanding of the BIS culture and history.
• Prior active participation in the school community and desire to continue to support the school beyond the scope of this role.
• Previous work experience in Indonesia.
