University Visit: University of Dundee on Thursday February 1st from 12:30-13:10

Going to university in Scotland is a very interesting option for students. Scottish universities offer high quality education for often a cheaper price than English universities. To get a bachelor degree students study for 4 years (in England it’s 3), but they only pay for 3 years. The first year gives students the option of exploring which courses they are actually interested in and there is some room for students to change after their first year. Scottish universities are generally also quite international. University of Dundee for example, has students from about 100 different nationalities attending its campus. University of Dundee received a Gold Award in the Teaching Excellence Framework in 2017 and is also ranked among Europe’s most innovative universities, coming out top in the UK in the Nature Innovation Index 2017 and in the top five among Reuters’ `Most Innovative Universities’ behind only Cambridge, Imperial, Oxford and Manchester.
