Secondary School Opening Week
Good Afternoon,
We are only a couple of days away from the opening of school and I can tell you that the staff is very excited to have students back on campus. A school is not a school without the life that students bring to it!
Students need to make sure that they come prepared for class on the first day. Teachers will be setting up routines and helping them open their Google Classrooms, ManageBac and Assessment calendars. It is also important that students bring a hat with them for break and lunch as well as their PE classes.
This week we will also be setting up our ASA’s and teachers will be providing more information about what we offer. Please help us encourage your children to become an active member of the BIS community.
The start of the school year is a very busy time and we want to ensure that our drop off and pick up procedures are as smooth as possible. Included in this post is a flow map outlining our parking and drop off procedures. Please make sure to look at it carefully to help create a smooth start to the school day. Our guards and some faculty will also be outside to help assist in this process.
We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday for another positive and exciting BIS School Year!
