BIS ATHLETICS DAY(S)

This Monday, 22nd May, is the BIS Mini Olympics featuring all our little athletes from Preschool to Grade 2. There is always a big parent turn out to watch for this great event and I know this year there will be at least one grandmother flying in from Australia to watch! All primary parents have received information about the Mini Olympics so we move on to:

BIS Athletics Day, this Wednesday 24th May. Grade 3 to Grade 11, some keen grade 12’s, and all their teachers will head to stadium Kompyang Sujana on Jl Gunung Agung, Denpasar for a full day of athletics competition.

Students arrive at school at the normal time in house colours and will be transported by bus to the stadium, returning by 3.00pm. Parents are very welcome to come and watch and even help out in the PTFA tent – or as an extra official to give a teacher a break! Students may be collected directly from the stadium by parents/driver but must report to the teacher in charge of their bus before leaving. Students leaving with someone else must have a note indicating parent permission to do so.

There will be no staff led after school activities that day so students must be collected at 3.00pm
