Message from the Head of School – April 23, 2021

I hope you received the email request to complete the Council of International Schools Community Survey. Alumni, Parents, Students, Board members, Faculty and Staff have all been tasked with providing feedback about our school and programmes. The data garnered will help our community define areas for growth and attention. Thank you for your time and thoughtful responses to the survey.

I would like to form a Task Force to delve into the survey results and help me to identify and prioritize future work. Please email me at headofschool@baliis.net if you would like to volunteer your time in this direction.

I would like to congratulate Grade 5 students for their exceptional Exhibition presentations. The students investigated a United Nations Sustainable Development Goal and took action to help our world become a better place. Thank you to all of the advisors and those who helped our students learn in creative ways. Special thanks to Ibu Nyoman Ibu Nadia for guiding the inquiry.

The International School Assessment (ISA) begins next week for students in Grades 3-10. 

The Annual Year in Review presentation will take place on May 20, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Please mark your calendars and plan to be in attendance.
