First PTA meeting
Thanks to everyone who joined us at our first PTA meeting. Steven, Novi and myself will continue on with our positions for this school year but please do reach out if anyone would like to take one of our positions over. We managed to fill up the roles needed for us to continue with the events we have planned for this semester, thanks to the parents below for volunteering their help:
- Events Coordinator: Ibu Olga

- Book Club: Ibu Sarah Koelsch
- Social Media: Ibu Lucy Junghans
- Environment: Ibu Barbara VanSteereel
- Charities: Ibu Maud, Ibu Olga, Ibu Lucy Junghans
- Walking group: Ibu Rikke
- Host Country: Ibu Novi and Ibu Mieta
We have a helping hands WA group for any parents who can’t commit to roles but can give an hour or 2 every now and then to help us out. If anyone would like to be added to this group please send us a WA +6281.805503125
As mentioned in the meeting yesterday, we are in need of cutlery and plates for upcoming events. If anyone would like to donate any of these please get in contact with us. In the past we have always rented cutlery and plates but with low funds we would appreciate it if we could get any donations.
A big thanks to Ibu Ani for donating dozens of glasses for the PTA!
Bake Sale / Second Hand Uniform Sale
Bake sales happen once a month, our first bake sale of the year will be next Wednesday the 31st of August. More news for this will be sent via the WA class groups. We will also have the second hand uniform rack if anyone would like to purchase. If anyone has any uniforms they are not using we would love to take them from you, please drop them off to Indira in the office.
