GIN2016: Sponsorship opportunities for the BIS community

Dear Parents,

We are hosting Global Issues Network Conference (GIN Conference) on the 11th and 12th of March, 2016.  Many of our senior students are busy with the organisation and are very excited with our opportunity to host such an event.   We are looking for a valuable contribution from our tight knit community members to ensure that the GIN Conference runs smoothly and is a memorable event for all who attend.

There are many ways you can support this event:

• Please encourage your child (ren) if (s)he is in Grade 9-12 and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity for growth and networking. BIS students will enjoy a discounted rate of 1, 500, 000 IDR for the two-day event, which grant them access to all keynotes, workshops and social networking events. All meals, refreshments and equipment are included. Please contact gincoordinator@baliis.net for more details.
• Parents may make a donation to our business office. Their names will be added to our big thank you note on the website.
• Alternatively, should you wish to promote your business or organisation, we offer logo recognition in exchange of donations. We would appreciate it if you could read the attached letter for further details if you think you will be able to help out with sponsorship in any way: GIN2016 General Sponsorship Request Letter.
