Since the beginning of the year, our Friday mornings have started with giggles and sniggers. Joke Friday is part of our Language program, as it supports the development of confidence, rehearsing & presenting, not to mention exploring how words sometimes have more than one meaning. Here is a selection of our favourite jokes so far…
- Why was the skeleton sad at the party? Because he had no body to go with him. Tara
- What vegetable do you throw away the outside, cook the inside, eat the outside and throw away the inside? Corn. Rox
- Why was Cinderella so bad at soccer? Because she kept running away from the ball. Nina

- I went to town on Friday, stayed there for 3 days and came back on Friday. How did I do it? My horse was named Friday. Lilly & Spencer
- What do you call an alligator wearing a vest? An in-vest-igator. Ashley
- What do you call a fish with no eyes? A fsh. Nicholas & Spencer
- Why didn’t anybody give Elsa a balloon? Because she always “let it go”. Maxwell & Nelson
