PTFA Primary Halloween Party – Oct 30th

Calling all Harry Potters, Hermiones, Ballerinas, Superheroes, Draculas & Witches too – the PTFA has a Spooktacular Halloween Dance for you.

Who: BIS Primary Students only
When: Monday 30th October 2017
Where: MPR
Time: 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm
Dress Code: Any costume

The entry ticket costs IDR 10.000 per child and includes 1 cup of Popcorn & 1 cup of Lemonade.

Tickets will be sold on Friday 27th October from 2.30 pm – 3.00 pm and also on Monday 30th October from 7.30 am – 8.00 am and from 2.30 pm onwards at the snack area outside the MPR.

All students must come to school in their uniforms and can then change in to their costumes after school finishes at 2.45 pm on Monday.

The PTFA cannot take responsibility for your children. We herewith kindly ask you to collect your child from the classroom as usual and to ensure supervision for your child either by yourself or by an appointed adult from 2.45 pm onwards and during this entire event.

We would really appreciate some help with decorating the MPR on Monday 30th October from 12.30 pm – 2.00 pm. If you have any spare Halloween decoration at home and you have some time to spare please come along and help us transform the MPR in to a Halloween themed venue.
