The Math Enrichment programmme at BIS, deepens, enhances, and supports student understandings of mathematics. It is an integral part of the regular week for all students from Grade 1 to Grade 5.

Broadening skills and challenging students to think critically nurtures their natural enthusiasm for mathematics. The students play ‘Math Tiles’ to help them with their arithmetic skills. They routinely practice thinking strategies and solve word problems using manipulatives. Engaging lessons are crafted to benefit students with
different levels of readiness.

The BIS Math Enrichment programmme creates a learning environment that is positive and supportive, building a student’s confidence in their mathematical abilities.
