Dropping off/ Picking up your Child at BIS
For the past 24 months, parents have been asked to remain off-campus. Next week we would like to invite you onto campus to pick up your child from the classroom if this is helpful. It is our hope that this allows you to have conversations as needed with your homeroom teacher if and when you would like to – slowly reestablishing our BIS culture. Please remember, if you do pick up your child and they want to play with their friends for a few minutes afterward, they are your responsibility. We ask that you follow our mask and handwashing protocols to enter campus.

Congratulations to the PYP Grade 5 Exhibition Participants
It is exciting to see how students in Grade 5 both understand the United Nations Sustainable Goals and most importantly what action they can take to help us achieve them. Thank you for sharing your learning with Grade 5 students! Congratulations on a wonderful PYP Ex!

The People’s Library
A group of MYP students have created a neighborhood library, just outside the Primary entrance, available to our Sanur community members to access free literature. This project will help build literacy and a love of reading. Congratulations to all involved! If you have books to donate, you are welcome to share.

International School Assessment (ISA) Testing begins next week
Please note the separate article in this week’s eNews.

CIS Community Survey
The survey closed today. Mr. Marshall and I invite interested parents to look at the results of the Parent Survey to help us define the next steps for BIS school improvement. If you are interested in analyzing the data, please let me know.
