Social Emotional Counseling

Our students in each division have learned a variety of mindfulness techniques this semester including being mindful of thoughts, sounds, generosity, practicing heartfulness (sending kind thoughts to oneself and to others), walking, and eating! We can be mindful of anything, we just need to breath and put our attention there. Ask your child about what mindfulness techniques they are using and see if you can put some of these into practice as a family throughout the holidays. Best wishes to everyone for a safe and restful break!
