Dec 9th : Free Eye Vision Screening with Optik Tunggal

Dear Parents,

The current lifestyle keeps our children connected to laptops and gadgets. When they have vision problems that are not detected and corrected early on, it will hinder their development and activities, especially at school.

Common Signs and Symptoms of Eye Refractive Disorder:

• Headache
• Squint
• Blurred vision
• The letters get shaded if read too long
• Rubbing eyes constantly
• Watery eyes
• Sensitive to bright light 

OPTIK TUNGGAL will hold a free eye check (refraction) for Grade 3 – 12 students at BIS on Friday, December 9th, 2022  from 09:30 – 14:00 pm, in the CCC room (near School Clinic). This screening will only take 10 minutes for each student. Please click here (limited slots) to write your child’s name & grade if you want to sign up for this eye vision screening. 

This is a free service Vision Screening from the OPTIK TUNGGAL and will be done by their trained staff. Please find attached the form to be completed by parent/guardian for those whose child is going to take the screening and Please kindly return the form by Monday, December 5th.
