Message From the Head of School – May 29, 2020

This evening we will celebrate with the Class of 2020 as they graduate from Bali Island School. Please join our graduation ceremony at 5:00 p.m. through the virtual link that will be provided later on today (see email). While this is not the graduation ceremony any of us imagined, I am indebted to Mr. Wood, Mr. Weber, Ms. Quinn, Ms. Gerbic, Ibu Riana, and Mr. Ferris for all of their efforts to make this ceremony special for our intrepid graduates.

Congratulations to each of our senior students, their parents, and families. Graduates, you take a big step today, a step towards greater responsibility, adulthood, and more freedom to set your own course. You are poised to embark on a wonderful journey of new learning. All of the lessons learned at BIS have prepared you for every hurdle you will face in the future. There will be challenges in the future, you will employ the skills you have mastered and overcome them one at a time. You will continue your learning journey, find your path, and achieve great things – your future is bright.
